I have not received a reply when I submitted a Request

When you click Submit you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your message. E-mails will be sent from help@abakhan.zendesk.com. All further communication emails will be sent from help@abakhan.zendesk.com.

If you do not receive any emails please check your spam settings & spam folder. Ensure that the email address help@abakhan.zendesk.com is added to your Whitelist.

It is also possible that you may have typed your email address incorrectly, so that replies cannot be delivered to you. If you think that this may be the case, please re-submit ensuring that your email address is entered correctly
